1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Local Biz Growth Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include Facebook Ads management, landing page setup, WhatsApp conversion system, and campaign optimisation — specifically designed for food and beverage businesses. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

Any tasks outside the agreed scope may require a separate arrangement and additional fees.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of customers, sales figures, or return on ad spend. Digital marketing results depend on many factors, including market conditions, ad budget, quality of your product, and customer behaviour — many of which are outside our control.

We commit to applying our best efforts, expertise, and strategies to help you achieve your goals.

Service fees are as follows:

Monthly service fees are payable before service begins each month. Advertising budget is paid separately by the client directly to Meta Ads — this is not included in our service fee. Recommended ads budget: Starter RM50–80/day, Growth RM80–150/day.

Late payment may result in a pause in services until the outstanding amount is settled.

6. Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to adjust or modify our service offerings, tools, or processes as needed to maintain quality and adapt to platform changes. Any significant changes that affect your engagement will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. If you choose to stop the service mid-month, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in good faith between both parties before escalating to formal proceedings.
