1. Overview
This policy explains refund and performance guarantee terms for our three service tiers: Starter (Foundation Plan), Growth (Scale Plan), and Fast Start (One-Time Setup). Each tier has different terms based on its nature and commitment structure.
2. Fast Start — 100% Refund Guarantee (7 Days)
The Fast Start package (RM697 one-time setup) includes a 100% refund guarantee under the following condition:
If you follow our onboarding guide and implementation steps but are unable to launch your Meta ads within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the RM697 setup fee.
To claim this refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at localbizgrowthmarketing@gmail.com with evidence of the issues encountered.
3. Starter & Growth — Performance Guarantee (Not a Refund)
Starter (RM1,500/month) and Growth (RM1,900/month) monthly service fees are non-refundable once service has commenced. However, we offer a performance-based guarantee:
If there is no measurable improvement in customer walk-ins during the first 30 days of service, we will extend your engagement by one additional month at no cost to continue campaign optimisation. This applies to both Starter and Growth tiers.
This guarantee does not apply if:
- Client does not meet the minimum recommended ads budget (Starter RM50–80/day, Growth RM80–150/day)
- Client fails to respond to WhatsApp enquiries generated by our campaigns
- Client's business conditions (closed temporarily, operational issues) prevent walk-ins
4. Minimum Commitment Periods
Starter requires a minimum 2-month commitment. Growth requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the minimum period, service continues month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
Fees paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable upon cancellation, but service continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Fast Start Credit Toward Upgrade
If you purchase Fast Start (RM697) and later upgrade to Starter or Growth within 60 days, the full RM697 is credited toward your first month's service fee as a discount. This is a credit, not a cash refund.
6. Why Monthly Fees Are Non-Refundable
Our monthly service fee covers time, effort, and expertise invested in your campaign — creative production, ad account management, WhatsApp flow setup, and ongoing optimisation begin immediately upon payment. Digital marketing results are influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, seasonal demand, and customer behaviour. Payment is for the service rendered, not for a guaranteed outcome.
7. Before Service Starts
If you have made a payment but we have not yet begun any work on your account (typically within the first 48 hours), please contact us at localbizgrowthmarketing@gmail.com. In such cases, we will offer a full refund.
8. Case-by-Case Consideration
We understand exceptional circumstances can arise. If you feel your situation warrants a review beyond the standard policy above, please reach out to us directly. We will always try to handle things fairly and professionally.
Important: Advertising budget paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is not within our control and is governed by Meta's own refund policies. We cannot refund ad spend on your behalf. Our refund terms apply only to service fees paid directly to LocalBizgrowth.my.
