1. Service Fee
Our monthly service fee is:
This covers Facebook Ads management, landing page setup and maintenance, WhatsApp conversion system, and ongoing campaign optimisation.
2. Advertising Budget
The advertising budget is separate from our service fee. Clients pay their ad spend directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The recommended budget is RM30–RM200+ per day, depending on your goals and market reach.
We do not handle, collect, or take a percentage of your ad budget. It is paid entirely by you to Meta.
3. Payment Schedule
Payment is due before service begins each month. We will send you a payment reminder prior to each billing cycle. Service will only continue for the next month once payment is received and confirmed.
4. Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause active campaigns and services until the outstanding balance is settled. This helps protect the integrity of ongoing work.
Note: Pausing due to late payment may affect campaign performance. We recommend setting a reminder to ensure timely payment each month.
5. Payment Method
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you during onboarding. Bank transfer is the primary method currently available.
